What if I need to modify my order?

Because our delivery partner are working region-wise. So please cancel your order [My account →Orders →Cancel], and reorder your revised list. Once the order is delivered you cannot modify your order.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Because our delivery partner are working region-wise. So please cancel your order [My account →Orders →Cancel] then correct your address [My account →Addresses → Edit] and order again.

Can I get same day delivery?

Yes, If you order between night 12:00am – morning 8:00am, there is a chance that your order can be delivered on the same day, but it is not necessary that your order can be delievered on the same day.

What is the delivery charge of Raipurshop?

Delivery charge and buying process based on location:-

Raipur city:

  • All products delivered.
  • Free delivery on orders over 149 ₹.
  • Cash on delivery.

India (Except Raipur):

  • Only mobile back covers and small items are delivered.
  • Order through Whatsapp message = 8770190311
  • 40 ₹ delivery charge.
  • Prepaid payment only 8962591724@paytm (Himanshu Verma)

Can I return my product?

No, return/refund is not acceptable. You can cancel your order before delivery, once the order is delivered you can only replace those products which are eligible for replacement you can replace within 5 days of delivery.

Can I replace my product? How to replace?

Yes, you can replace those product which are eligible for replacement, you can replace within 5 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged or defective/wrong item delivered to you. If you want to replace your product send an E-mail in raipurshop@gmail.com, please send your Raipurshop account E-mail ID, order number and product name which you want to replace.
